Umaro compares your notes with its scale and chord library, then shows the closest matches.
Find a scale from notes
Switch to Scale, select at least three notes on the fretboard, and Umaro will compare them with common musical scales. The match percentage shows how much of the candidate scale you have selected; every result already contains all of your selected notes.
For example, E–G–A–B–D points to E minor pentatonic. From there, explore all guitar scales, map a match on the fretboard, or see how scales relate to chords in a key.
